Shipping Policy

We currently ship to EU, Canada, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and United States.

Orders within Norway will be delivered by Bring to your nearest post office. A delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or email when your order is ready to be collected.

Taxes and Duties (Norway)

All Norwegian orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local tax (mva) and custom duties are included in the product price.

All international orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operate between 9am–6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended). Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Taxes and Duties (International)

On checkout, Norwegian value added tax (25%) will be deducted from the final price. Delivery is on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are NOT included in the product price. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. The customer making the order has full responsibility of making sure that they are fully informed of these costs.

Tracking & Timings

All orders are fully traceable on your designated forwarders’ websites. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes.

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, Fall Winter Spring Summer reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Insurance

Fall Winter Spring Summer insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature at delivery.

Free Shipping

Fall Winter Spring Summer offers free standard delivery on orders above 1500 NOK / €150. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at the checkout.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

Please note that we have a 14 days return policy. All purchases made online on fallwinterspringsummer.com must be returned through our returns sections. NB: The return shipping fee of 150 NOK (Norway) and € 15 (International) will NOT be refunded.

Return Process (Norway)

If you would like to make a return from Norway, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached. If you are unsure whether we will accept your return; please see the important information section underneath for a complete list of criteria.

2. Please visit our returns section and request a return online. You can choose to return the order by using pre-paid shipping label or directly to FWSS’s flagship store* (Prinsens gate 22, 0157 Oslo). Once your return has been approved you will receive a return (RMA) number to be added to return form that came with your delivery. 

3. Fill out the return form, place the item(s) and return form in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.

4. To return your order, put your received return label on the outside of the package. Deliver it at your local post office (Posten / Bring). Please keep in mind that the return shipping fee of 150 NOK (Norway) and € 15 (International) will NOT be refunded.

5. Your return will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date at the warehouse.

* If you chose to return the item to our flagship store, please make sure to bring printed return form with you. The refund will be processed within 1-5 days and will be made using the same payment method used at purchase.

Return Process (International)

If you would like to make a return outside of Norway, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached. If you are unsure whether we will accept your return; please see the important information section underneath for a complete list of criteria.

2. Please visit our returns section and request a return online. Once your return has been approved you will receive a return (RMA) number and a return shipping label. 

3. Fill out two copies of the return form, place the item(s) and one copy of the return form in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.

4. Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information. Bring your parcel to the nearest UPS Access Point together with a copy of return form. Leave the package together with return form there. Please keep in mind that the return shipping fee of 150 NOK (Norway) and € 15 (International) will NOT be refunded.

5. Your return will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date at the warehouse.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. 

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. The return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Important information

  •  Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
  •  Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, odor free, with tags, packaging and seal still attached.
  •  All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes tried on outside surfaces cannot be refunded.
  •  Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product.
  •  We prefer that items are returned through Fall Winter Spring Summer return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
  •  Please note that Fall Winter Spring Summer is not responsible for any differences in value caused by changes in currency.
