These terms apply to all users of the domains fallwinterspringsummer.com and their sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Fall Winter Spring Summer AS (henceforth: FWSS; may be referred to as ’us’ or ’seller’) and visits to the site. FWSS reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in ‘Acceptance Of Privacy And Modifications’ within these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

The purchaser is the consumer who places the order, and is designated in the following as the Purchaser.
Disclaimer
FWSS does not guarantee that all items included in the Fall Winter Spring Summer web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, FWSS will contact you shortly by phone or by email. FWSS cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. FWSS may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although FWSS strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, FWSS will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. FWSS, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organisations. In situations where FWSS acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. FWSS cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. FWSS cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders within Norway will be delivered by Bring to your nearest post office. A delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or email when your order is ready to be collected. All Norwegian orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local tax (mva) and custom duties are included in the product price.
All international orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operate between 9am–6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended). Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
On checkout, Norwegian value added tax (25%) will be deducted from the final price. All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the product price.
All orders are fully traceable on your designated forwarders’ websites. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes.
For security purposes, Fall Winter Spring Summer reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
Fall Winter Spring Summer insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature at delivery.
Fall Winter Spring Summer offers free standard delivery to Norway on orders above 1500 NOK. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at the checkout.
Payment
Several payment alternatives are available at checkout - Klarna, PayPal and Nets Easy (incl. Vipps). FWSS accepts both credit and debit cards payments – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards. The default currency at fallwinterspringsummer.com Norwegian krones (NOK). Discounts will be calculated at checkout. Payment is only devoted from your card at time of dispatch.
All transactions on Fall Winter Spring Summer website are processed using Klarna, Nets Easy and/or PayPal, a secure online payment platforms that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Return Policy
FWSS have a 14 days return policy. The return shipping fee of 150 NOK (Norway) and 300 NOK (International) is not refundable.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. The return shipping fee will not be refunded. Our policy above applies during the sales period.
If items are classified as faulty, were received damaged or have manufacturing fault that occurred within a 24-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
Defective goods
If the goods are defective, the Purchaser must notify the Seller that they wish to invoke the defect within a reasonable amount of time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. The Purchaser is always considered to have given timely notice if it occurs within two months after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Notice may be given no later than two years after the Purchaser took possession of the good. If the goods or parts thereof are meant to last considerably longer than two years, this deadline is extended to five years. In the event of complaint, a purchaser can contact the company via email shop@fallwinterspringsummer.com.

Conflict Resolution
Claims must be directed to Fall Winter Spring Summer within a reasonable time frame in accordance with warranty and defective goods sections. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes out of court. If this is not successful, the Purchaser may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure, FWSS’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and FWSS can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by FWSS. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, FWSS will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Governing Law
These terms of use are complied in accordance with Norwegian Law and the Norwegian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Norway and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
