Please note that we have a 14 days return policy for all returns and exchanges. FWSS offer returns, exchanges and store credit. See below for the correct process. 

Important information:

• Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
• Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, odour-free, with tags, packaging and seal still attached.
• All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes tried on outside surfaces cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
• Please return your items using the Fall Winter Spring Summer return service listed below. Please note that we are unable to collect returns from “Post i butikk” or any other pickup points. Returns delivered to locations other than our business address will be returned to the sender, and shipping-related costs for these returns will not be covered by FWSS. 
• Please note that Fall Winter Spring Summer is not responsible for any differences in value caused by changes in currency. 

Terms:

• Return fee: 
  • Norway: 150 NOK
  • Europe: 200 NOK
  • Rest of the world: 300 NOK
• Free exchange for orders within Norway
• Gift card: choose gift card as refund.
• Claim: no cost for return of damaged or faulty item. 
  • If a garment is damaged and can be repaired, we are happy to accommodate requests to cover the cost of repairs by a tailor. Please contact us directly by email to arrange the details.
