Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we have a 14 days return policy for all returns. 



Currently we do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you wish to get a different size or color. 


Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. FWSS have a return cost of 100 NOK for all returns within Norway, and for international orders a return cost of the same amount as the shipping cost (300 or 400 NOK). The return shipping fee will not be refunded in any case.

Important information:

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, odour-free, with tags, packaging and seal still attached.
  • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes tried on outside surfaces cannot be refunded.
  • Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
  • We prefer that items are returned through Fall Winter Spring Summer return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
  • Please note that Fall Winter Spring Summer is not responsible for any differences in value caused by changes in currency. 

Return process:

  1. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached. If you are unsure whether we will accept your return, please see the important information section above for a complete list of criteria.
  2. Fill out the return form, place the item(s) and return form in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box or bag. Close the box/bag and tape it securely.
  3. Place the return shipping label on the box covering the prior delivery information. If there was no return shipping label attached with your parcel, write a return request to with your order number. Return documents will be sent to you via email within 1-4 days. Bring your parcel to the nearest Post Office (customers in Norway) or UPS Access Point (for international customers). Please keep in mind that the return shipping fee of 100 NOK (Norway) and 300 or 400 NOK (International) will not be refunded, and there will be deducted a return cost. 
  4. Your return will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date at the warehouse.

If items are classified as faulty, were received by customer damaged or have manufacturing faults that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
