Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we have a 14 days return policy for all returns and exchanges. FWSS offer returns, exchanges and store credit. See below for the correct process. 

 

Important information:

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, odour-free, with tags, packaging and seal still attached.
  • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes tried on outside surfaces cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
  • We prefer that items are returned through Fall Winter Spring Summer return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
  • Please note that Fall Winter Spring Summer is not responsible for any differences in value caused by changes in currency. 

 

 

Return process:

  1. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached. If you are unsure whether we will accept your return, please see the important information section above for a complete list of criteria.
  2. If you would like to make a return, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our service for returns. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose the return tab at the top.
  3. When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.
  4. Your return will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date at the warehouse.
*Refund cost: Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. FWSS have a return cost of 100 NOK for all returns within Norway, and for international orders a return cost of the same amount as the shipping cost (300 or 400 NOK). The shipping fee (with the exception of orders which qualifies for free shipping) will not be refunded in any case.

 

 

Exchange process:

  3. When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.
  4. Your return will be processed within 3 days from the delivery date at the warehouse.
*Exchange cost: Free. We offer one free exchange per order, and shipping costs for a second exchange will not be covered.
 
 
 
Store credit process:

FWSS offer store credit as an alternative to returns. This will give you a store credit of 15% more than your original purchase value (shipping not included), and can be used to buy any items in our webshop similar to a gift card.

  2. If you would like to transfer your purchase to store credit, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our return service. Please follow the steps and don't forget to choose store credit as your preferred alternative. 
  3. When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.
  4. Your return will be processed within 7 days from the delivery date at the warehouse, and your store credit activated after the handling of the return is complete. 

*Store credit cost: Free.

 

Claim process:

If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entierly (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please follow the instructions below. 

  1. If you would like to make an exchange, please click here to proceed and you will be directed to our service for exchange. Please follow the steps on our service to make a claim.
  2. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect (use the QR code to upload image) and choose the claim tab at the top. When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.
  3. Your claim will be processed within 14 days from the delivery date at the warehouse.

 *Claim cost: Free.
