Shipping fee: For orders below 1500 NOK there will be a fee for 150 NOK (Bring) and 99 NOK (Instabox). The shipping is free for orders above 1500 NOK.

Orders will be delivered by Bring to your nearest post office (unless you select door delivery), or closest Instabox delivery. A delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or email when your order is ready to be collected.

All international orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operate between 9am–6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended). Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

TRACKING & TIMINGS
All orders are fully traceable on your designated forwarders’ websites. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes.


FIRST-TIME ORDER POLICY
For security purposes, Fall Winter Spring Summer reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.


INSURANCE
Fall Winter Spring Summer insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature at delivery.
