Shipping fee: For orders below 1500 NOK there will be a fee for 150 NOK. The shipping is free for orders above 1500 NOK.

Orders will be delivered by Bring to your nearest post office. A delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or email when your order is ready to be collected. 

Please add extra delivery time for orders placed during December due to the holiday season. For orders to North of Norway the deadline before Christmas Eve is the 16th of December, for the rest of Norway the deadline is the 18th of December. 

TAXES AND DUTIES (NORWAY)

All Norwegian orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local tax (mva) and custom duties are included in the product price.

All international orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operate between 9am–6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended). Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

TAXES AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

On checkout, Norwegian value added tax (25%) will be deducted from the final price. All orders for countries outside the European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that local taxes and duties are not included in the product price and must be paid upon receival.

 

TRACKING & TIMINGS
All orders are fully traceable on your designated forwarders’ websites. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes.


FIRST-TIME ORDER POLICY
For security purposes, Fall Winter Spring Summer reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.


INSURANCE
Fall Winter Spring Summer insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature at delivery.
